Happy blogiversary to me!!! My blog is officially 2 years old!  I’m so excited to continue to provide great content in 2019 for all of you gorgeous people!!!  In honor of my blogiversary, I want to do a challenge that was popularized a while back on YouTube, called the ride or die makeup challenge.  I talk to you all a lot about what makeup products I’m liking currently, but I haven’t given you my ride or dies.  I’ve selected ONE item from just about every category that I would pick over any other!  This was SO hard!!! I didn’t expect it to be so hard, but because I use many different products for many different reasons, it was hard to nail down just one.  I did it though!  If you know me and/or my blog well, try to guess a few before continuing to read.  I present to you my ride or dies. *cue hype intro music*

Foundation – Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover.  Foundation was probably my hardest pick.  This foundation isn’t even in my regular rotation.  That is because I have to ration it!  It’s the ONLY foundation I wear if I’m going to be photographed professionally.  It’s virtually undetectable on the skin and that’s why I love it.  It’s NEVER failed me, even on just a regular day.

Concealer – NARS Radiant Creamy. Concealer was also a hard choice.  You all know I am a concealer junkie!  However, NARS just works for me, no matter the circumstance.  I can cover blemishes on my face as well as highlight under my eyes.  It gives amazing coverage and the finish is beautiful!

Blush – MAC Powder Blush in the shade Gingerly.  This is the only blush I’ve ever used regularly.  It’s the perfect natural, peachy tone.  I. LOVE. IT. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD.

Eyeliner – Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil.  I prefer pencil liner over cream or liquid, mostly because it’s more forgiving and easier to manipulate.  A lot of pencil liners fade and run during the day, but this baby stays PUT!  It’s for sure worth the price.  It comes it many fun colors as well, so you’re not just limited to black.

Lipstick – Wet n Wild MegaLast Lip Color in the shade Bare It All.  I don’t believe in spending a lot of money on lipstick.  There are so many budget-friendly brands that produce great lipstick with great color payoff and pigmentation.  Wet n Wild is one of my favorite brands.  Priced at just $3, you can get all the shades you would ever need!  The possibilities are endless, especially if you mix the shades.  Bare It All is my favorite nude shade to wear, especially paired with my favorite lip liner, which we’ll discuss……now.

Lip liner – ColourPop Lippie Pencil in the shade BFF3.  After wearing this lip liner once, I went and purchased three backups.  That’s how much I love it!  It’s such a perfect brown liner that works well with various lip colors.  Also, the formula of ColourPop’s liners is so smooth and creamy.

Mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational and IT Cosmetics Tightline.  Ok so I know I picked two items for this category, but that’s because I use them both together!  The IT Cosmetics Tightline mascara is so perfect for lengthening my bottom lashes.  I use the Maybelline Lash Sensational on top to thicken them.  The Maybelline is also great for giving a fanned out effect to my top lashes!

Powder – MAC Cosmetics Blot Powder.  Blot powder is bae.  If you’re a fellow combo/oily skin girl, then you know what I mean.  It keeps the oils from breaking through so I’m not out here looking like a grease ball! It’s also a pressed powder, which makes it easy to throw in your purse for touch ups throughout the day.

Eyebrows – NYX Slim Brow Pencil. I get a lot of compliments on my brows and some people will even ask what I use.  This is the lone product.  I don’t use anything else.  No pomades or brow gels.  Just this pencil.  It gets the job done quickly and effectively.  I usually stock up for the year on Black Friday lol.  I CANNOT be without this pencil.

Highlighter – Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop.  This is my go to highlight.  The consistency of this product is perfect, as the name suggests.  It’s a soft shimmer.  It gives a natural glow to the skin that looks like it’s coming from within.

Bronzer NYX Matte Bronzer in the shade Deep Tan.  This is my go-to when it comes to warming up my skin.  It helps add the dimension and definition back to my face after foundation and concealer.  It’s a nice warm tone without being orangey.

If you click the product title name, it will take you to the respective site where you can read more about the product and purchase.
This was a hard challenge, but fun nonetheless! I hope you all enjoyed learning about my ride or die products.  If you have any questions, please drop them in the comments and I will be happy to answer!

Till next time gorgeous,

Sarah Robyn
